2. Prices#

All prices include consumption tax.

3. Costs other than the price#

  • Internet connection and data charges
  • Registering and renewing your own domain (paid by you to your domain registrar; no registration fee is included in our prices)
  • External services you contract yourself (e.g. a paid LINE Official Account plan, a booking system)

When your credits run out we never charge you automatically: AI work stops, and your published site stays online.

4. Payment method#

Credit card (【To be confirmed：card brands to be confirmed】)

  • Card payments are processed by a payment service provider 【To be confirmed：provider to be confirmed】.
  • Card numbers never pass through our servers; the payment service provider keeps them.
  • 3-D Secure authentication is used when you register your card.

5. When you pay#

Standard plan (monthly)
First payment: when you confirm the order.
After that: charged automatically to your registered card on each renewal date. The renewal date is 【To be confirmed：how the renewal date is set (incl. months without that day)】.
Founding member package
First year: in one payment when you confirm the order.
From the second year: charged monthly to your registered card, starting the day after the first year ends.
Done-for-you site
In one payment when you confirm the order.
Extra work
When you approve the quote 【To be confirmed：payment timing to be confirmed】.

The date the amount is actually debited depends on your card issuer.

6. When the service starts#

Free trial
Right after you create your account.
Standard plan
As soon as the payment is confirmed.
Founding member package
The Standard plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. For the publishing help, a staff member contacts you within 【To be confirmed：proposed: 3 business days】 of the payment to schedule it.
Done-for-you site
A staff member contacts you within 【To be confirmed：proposed: 3 business days】 of the payment to schedule the interview. Publishing takes about 【To be confirmed：proposed: 10 business days】 after we receive your materials (photos, texts …).

7. Contract term and automatic renewal#

  • The Standard plan (monthly) renews every month until you cancel. There is no minimum term.
  • The first year of the founding member package runs for one year from the order date. From the day after it ends, it renews monthly as the Standard plan (¥3,980 a month, tax incl.), charged to the card you registered when ordering.
    • We e-mail you 30 days and 7 days before the first year ends.
    • Cancel by the last day of the first year (the day before the first monthly renewal) and nothing more is charged.
  • The done-for-you site and extra work are one-off services.

8. Free trial#

  • 14 days, 15 AI credits (once). No card needed.
  • When the trial ends it does not turn into a paid plan, and nothing is charged.
  • When it ends, publishing and AI features stop. The site you were building is kept for 30 days from then and deleted afterwards (we e-mail you 7 days before). Order a paid plan in that time and you continue where you left off.
  • One free trial per business.

9. Order period and quantity limits#

  • One contract covers one site.
  • Founding member package
    • On sale for 30 days from 【To be confirmed：start date to be decided】 or until the first 20 orders, whichever comes first.
    • One per business; cannot be combined with other discounts.
  • Staff time for done-for-you sites and publishing help is limited, so it may take a few days before we start (about 【To be confirmed：proposed: 5】 per week).

10. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds#

Withdrawal (cooling-off)

The service is sold online (mail-order sales). Japanese law gives no cooling-off right for mail-order sales. Cancelling and refunds after you confirm an order follow the conditions below.

How and when to cancel

  • You can cancel the Standard plan (stop the automatic renewal) at any time.
    • On the account page under “Plan and payment” 【To be confirmed：screen name】.
    • Or by e-mail (Loading…) — no LINE or AI support needed.
  • Complete it by the day before the next renewal date 【To be confirmed：cut-off time】 and nothing more is charged.
  • After cancelling you can use the service until the end of the period you paid for.
  • After a paid period ends, your site stays online for 7 days and is then paused. Its data is kept for 30 days from the pause and then deleted, except transaction records the law requires us to keep. Order again in that time and everything comes back as it was. We e-mail you 7 days before the deletion.
  • Separately from cancelling, you can delete your account and data at any time under Account → “Data and account”.

Refunds

You cancel the Standard plan for your own reasons
Amounts already paid are not refunded (no pro-rata refund). You can use the service until the end of the period.
Founding member package
Full refund if you ask before we start the publishing help 【To be confirmed：full refund before start】. No refund if you cancel for your own reasons after we started.
Done-for-you site
Full refund if you ask before we start (the interview). If you cancel after we started, we refund the amount minus the work done so far 【To be confirmed：how this is calculated】.
We could not provide the service through our fault
We refund the period we could not provide, or extend your period if you prefer.
Double or wrong charges
Refunded in full.
AI work that failed because of our bug
The credits used are returned.
  • Refunds are normally made by reversing the charge on the card used. If that is not possible, we refund by 【To be confirmed：refund method when a card refund is impossible】. When it shows on your statement depends on your card issuer.
  • E-mail cancellation and refund requests and questions to Loading…. A person always handles them; the AI never decides or processes them.
  • This disclosure does not limit any right you have by law.

11. Defects in delivered work#

If a site delivered as a done-for-you site or with publishing help differs from what you ordered, tell us within 【To be confirmed：proposed: 30 days】 of delivery and we fix it free of charge.

12. Supported environments#

  • Computers: the latest Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Firefox
  • Phones and tablets: the latest Safari on iPhone/iPad, Google Chrome on Android
  • JavaScript and cookies must be enabled.
  • Voice conversations need a device with a microphone and the browser's permission to use it.
  • Using LINE requires the LINE app. LINE is optional: everything works in a browser too.

13. Receipts and invoices#

  • We issue an electronic receipt for every payment and e-mail it to you; you can also download it on the account page.
  • We are not registered as a qualified invoice issuer, so we cannot issue qualified invoices (インボイス).

14. Written terms of your order#

We e-mail you the details of your order when it is complete, and you can see them on the account page at any time. There is no charge for these documents (electronic).
