The Hanasite website and the Studio use cookies and browser storage (local storage and similar) to work. This page explains what is used and why.
We use no advertising cookies and no cookies that track you across other companies' sites, and we send nothing to advertising networks.
2. Browser storage (local storage and similar)#
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| bizhub.lang | Remembers your display language | Until deleted |
| bh_attr | Records where your first visit came from (ad and referral parameters utm, ref, promo; the first page; referrer; time of the first visit). Sent to us once when you create an account and linked to it. | Until deleted |
| bh_ev:… | Makes sure analytics events (such as “created a first site”) are sent only once | Until deleted |
| bizhub.upgradeUrl, bizhub.chunk-reload (session storage) | Passes a value between screens; recovers from a failed load after an update | Until the tab is closed |
| Storage used in LINE (LIFF) | Keeps you logged in inside the LINE app (used by LINE's software) | As LINE defines it |
This information stays in your browser. Where you came from (bh_attr) is not sent to us until you create an account.
3. Analytics (Umami)#
To learn which pages are viewed and how often, we use the analytics tool Umami.
- Umami runs on a server managed by our operator, Masterbek LLC 【To be confirmed:Umami server location】. Nothing is sent to other companies' analytics services.
- It uses no cookies and does not identify you.
- It counts: pages viewed, referrer, ad parameters (utm), browser, OS and device type, screen size, language, country (estimated from the IP address).
- Of the part of an address after “?”, only ad parameters (utm) are sent. A referral code is recorded only as “visit from a referral”; the code itself is not sent.
- Pages after login (the Studio, the account page) are not counted; only the number of a few actions such as sign-ups and orders is.
- If your browser sends “Do Not Track”, nothing is counted.
4. Cookies and external services on your site#
On sites you build with the Service, we add the following:
| What | Purpose | Cookies |
|---|---|---|
| Analytics (Umami) | Shows you, the site owner, how many people visit. Runs only on the published address, not on previews; the part of an address after “?” (search terms …) is not sent; Do Not Track is respected. | None |
| Form spam protection | Stops automated spam through your forms (judged by things like how long filling in took and the number of links) | None |
Depending on its content, your site loads these external services. Visitors' browsers then connect to those companies directly, and they may set cookies:
- Web fonts (Google Fonts: Google LLC)
- Maps (Google Maps: Google LLC)
- External services you asked us to add (your own analytics, social media embeds, booking services …)
Explain which external services your site uses in your site's privacy policy. A sample text is in section 7 of our privacy policy.
5. Deleting or blocking cookies and storage#
- You can delete cookies and storage (site data) in your browser settings; you are then logged out and the language setting is reset.
- You can block cookies in your browser, but then you cannot log in to the Service.
- To stop analytics, turn on “Do Not Track” in your browser.
